Standard Order Timescales
We aim to get standard orders out within 24-72 hours. Please note this may take slightly longer in busy periods.
If you do not receive your order after 5-7 working days please let us know and we will get in touch with the carrier.
If your order is urgent please let us know straight away, there may be an additional charge for a speedier delivery.
Please email us at sales@bagsandcoversdirect.co.uk for shipping costs for delivery to destinations outside mainland UK and worldwide orders.
Delivery charges are worked out on the size and weight of your parcel. Prices start from £3.99 and is calculated in your shopping basket.
Please be accurate when filling in your delivery address.
Made To Measure Order Timescales
We estimate made to measure orders will take approximately 4 weeks, but we are working as fast as possible.
Courier Delivery
The couriers that we use to deliver your order will automatically try to deliver to a neighbour if you are not in. If you do not wish for your order to be delivered and left with a neighbour you will have to notify the courier when you receive the notification of the delivery by text or email. This will be to the mobile number and email you provided at the time or ordering. Or you can contact us on 01924565230 or by email sales@bagsandcoversdirect.co.uk at the time of ordering and we will make a note of this on your order.
Returns
We will refund any stock item no longer wanted as long as the item is returned in its original condition within 14 days of you receiving the item.
We will exchange or refund any stock item that is faulty as long you have informed us by telephone or email within 14 days of you receiving the item. You then have 31 days to return the item back to us from the day you received it.
We will pay you the refund within 14 days from when we receive the item.
We are not responsible for the cost of return postage and packaging for the return of unwanted items.
You do not have to return the item in its original packaging, but you do need to make sure it’s packaged in a way that means it doesn’t get damaged. We can ask you to pay if something gets damaged because it wasn’t packaged properly.
We can also ask you to pay (or reduce your refund) if you’ve reduced the value of the item, for example if you have used the item before sending it back and it is no longer in the original condition that you received it.
Made to measure orders can only be returned if there is a fault with the manufacturing of the bag or cover.
You should always get a certificate of posting from the courier or post office when you post the item - you can use this to prove that you posted the item.
The cheapest postage option will be refunded for a return because of a fault with the item.
